Our Small Projects Grant which is totally funded by our $1 for Trails program, has awarded over $226,000 to local groups with an interest in sustaining our trails in Central Oregon since 2018.

Deschutes Trails Coalition Stewardship Grant
This was a one time grant from Deschutes County and we do not anticipate another grant cycle of this type.
Thanks to a $600,000 allocation from Deschutes County’s room tax revenue, our Stewardship Grants Program will fund numerous trail or trail-related infrastructure projects in Deschutes County–a huge step showing our community’s commitment to sustaining the trails that sustain our economy.
