Small Projects Grant Application

The Deschutes Trails Coalition announces their annual Small Projects Grant program for trail-focused projects within or contiguous to the Deschutes National Forest. For 2026, applications will be accepted until May 22 2026. This program will award up to $30,000 for multiple small projects.

The Deschutes Trails Coalition is soliciting proposals for trails-focused small projects occurring on, or impacting, publicly accessible trails in the Deschutes National Forest or other trail networks within Deschutes County. Project proposals that maintain or restore existing trails are encouraged. Application forms and instructions will be available on our website.
